Rec-Com Outdoors Expands Domestic Sales Team With Appointment Of Justin Ritchey As Regional Sales Representative – Florida 

Green Cove Springs, FL — Rec-Com Outdoors adds Justin Ritchey as Territory Sales Representative – Florida, a key move to support continued growth and strengthen dealer relations across one of the most vibrant fishing markets in the world. 

As a Florida native, Justin Ritchey has spent the better part of two decades chasing fish across the state’s inshore and offshore waters. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Fisheries and Aquatic Sciences from the University of Florida, Justin brings a wealth of industry knowledge and hands-on experience to his new role. Throughout his career, Justin has worked closely with dealers across the state to help grow some of the industry’s most trusted brands, including Star Rods, Owner Hooks, and Nomad Design. 

Beyond his work experience, Justin has proudly represented the USA in international kayak fishing tournaments over the past decade. After winning the IFA Kayak Tournament Series in Jacksonville in 2014, he went on to finish in the Top 5 at the Hobie World Championship in the Netherlands. Most recently, he placed in the Top 10 at the 2024 Pan-Am Championship in Costa Rica as a member of the United States Angling Confederation (USAngling).
