Lake Report: Tim’s Ford Lake – Winchester, TN

Enjoyed a good day on Tim’s Ford with Sam and Bob Miller from Alberta, Canada. The guy’s wanted to catch some Southern Smalljaw’s on flies today and they did just that. Most ranged between 14-17 inches 945748_192254684260194_1105097720_nwith the best being a 21.5 inch fish that topped the scales at 4.5 pounds. Most of the smallmouth caught came from 12 to 18 FOW. We focused on secondary points/rounds and the back of main lake pockets, all the guys fish came on a streamer fly and I caught a couple good fish on a Super Bug D-Bomb from Missile Baits. Water temperatures ranged from 69 to 71 degrees. I have days and guides available; make your reservations now for some great action on Guntersville and Tim’s Ford. Gift Certificates for Birthdays or Special Events are available. We supply all fishing gear, lures at no additional cost you and 110% dedication to making your trip successful.
